The Pudding

serves 4

Put the following ingredients into your food processor and blend until creamy:

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut
  • 2 bananas (peeled)
  • 2 avocados (peeled)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup raw carob powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Put this aside while you make the granola below.

Cabbage Seed Cheese Rounds

makes 2 cups or 12 rounds

Put the following in your food processor and blend well until creamy:
