This condiment recipe is a perfect topping for Portobello Mushroom Burgers at a Summer BBQ

makes 3 cups

Put the following in your food processor and pulse until chunky:

  • 1 cup zucchini or cucumber
  • 2 plums
  • ¼ cup sweet onion
  • ¼ cup celery
