Mango Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana sliced
- 1 cup fresh Mango diced
- 1 cup cold water or raw almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes (not needed if you have frozen the banana)
- 2 thin slices ginger root
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend on high until smooth
Add more or less water to get a milkshake consistency
Add this to your flax seed for a great raw breakfast cereal!
