Serving Size: for two

Put the following in a large bowl and then toss with the dressing below before serving:

  • 2 cups sliced asparagus
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 avocado diced

Dressing: leftovers keep for 4-5 days in fridge

Blend the following in your blender until creamy:

  • 1 grapefruit juiced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp of each: ginger & nutmeg
