 Method: makes 4 cups juice

A great one to help cleanse and what a great refreshing taste on a hot summer day!  Because this is a fruit juice I suggest you water it down and only drink 2-4 oz two to three times a day but then only once a month (I include this during my juice fast day)

 

Put the following through your juicer.

There is no need to peel anything. Just make sure the fruit has been cleaned well:

  • 4 medium to large Granny Smith apples (hard apples work best)
  • 2 whole lemon (yes even the skin)
  • 3-6 thin slices of fresh ginger root

Strain then add 1 cup distilled water and mix before serving.

This juice should be kept in glass jars in the fridge until use. A great refreshing drink on a hot summer day or after a workout!

This is quite potent – so your serving size should be 2-4 oz.
